Return policy for Original artwork(s) and hand built Art Frames

Our refund policy for original artwork is 7 days from the date of delivery. Upon receiving original artwork, It must be signed for and you must declare no damage has incurred. The package will be returned to us if the customer does not sign for it to be in their possession. It must be in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage. If you are not fully satisfied you can return the artwork. It must be returned in the original packaging, including all paperwork and certificates of authenticity that came with it. We can offer shipping and insurance for the shipment at your expense. If the artwork is damaged on return it is the customers duty to have insurance to cover the partial or total cost of the damage done. If there wasn’t any insurance on the shipped package and we find it to be damaged, we have the right to deny a refund if any to the customer.

Return policy for non-original items (printed art, clothing etc)

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your buy, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (You can email us or call us to get further instructions)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Also it is our right to waive any refund altogether and deem the refund/Return as ineligible

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Clothing that has been worn will not be accepted
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • We will not accept any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Exceptions are made if there is a reason we consider reasonable. We will treat each return/refund separately and want to help when we can
  • We are happy to work with anyone. We aim to help correct any issues or problems that may arise. This is as long as it is promptly and is a reasonable request from the customers.
  • We have the right to deny any return/refund that we decide is not in our best interests or does not follow the guidelines of our policies

Return process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will happen within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We may issue a gift certificate of the same value of money spent by customer that can be used on some other item in our store. We also reserve the right to deny any refund/Return in this particular situation as well.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send instructions on how to return items to us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, and we evaluate that no damage or use has incurred. We will send a gift certificate either electronically or by mail whichever you choose for the amount determined by us.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. We will inform you as to the location to send. First send us an email to [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
